Ascentae and Utelogy Join Forces to Boost Collaboration and Productivity

Utelogy just announced a partnership with Ascentae, aiming to elevate AV and UC system management. This collaboration marks a significant step as these two sectors blend together, focusing on providing integrated services for users.

Utelogy’s platform is built on Microsoft Azure, which ensures enterprise-level security. It’s designed to bring together AV and UC systems, cutting down operational costs while boosting efficiency. With this platform, businesses gain a clear view of their AV/UC systems, making it easier to manage assets and drive data-informed decisions.

The monitoring feature in Utelogy offers a proactive approach, spotting issues before they grow into bigger problems. Plus, it has automation capabilities that can fix many common issues, which helps reduce downtime and improve user experience.

With this partnership, Utelogy and Ascentae plan to introduce innovative services that aim to enhance collaboration and productivity in workplaces. Ascentae will incorporate Utelogy’s management tools into its offerings, providing clients with a unified solution for managing AV and UC environments. Jon Knight, Ascentae’s managing director, emphasized that this collaboration will enable them to deliver smart solutions that optimize efficiency, gather workplace data, and support ESG initiatives—addressing the needs of modern workplaces.

Jamie Wright, EMEA sales manager at Utelogy, pointed out that this partnership reflects their commitment to advancing technology management in enterprise settings.

This alliance follows Utelogy’s recent collaboration with Logitech, aimed at transforming conference room technology management. Together, they focus on refining device management through CollabOS, the operating system for certain Logitech video collaboration devices, enhancing the overall user experience. This builds on a five-year relationship that helped businesses monitor their meeting spaces, and now extends to management capabilities for the latest video conferencing tools.
