Critical Manufacturing and Twinzo Introduce Smart Factory Digital Twin Visualization

Twinzo is on a mission to simplify factory life through technology. They’ve teamed up with Critical Manufacturing, a company focused on Industry 4.0 and manufacturing execution systems (MES), to create something new.

Their goal? To change how people access and interact with complex information. Twinzo is developing an “operating system of reality” that can be applied in various sectors like manufacturing, healthcare, hospitality, home automation, and security.

Their digital twin app aims to turn complex factory settings into immersive 3D environments that reflect real-time details about equipment, processes, and production lines. Users can explore their facilities virtually, track important metrics like equipment effectiveness, and gain insights tailored to their roles—whether they’re operators or plant managers.

With customizable data flows and user-defined metrics, Twinzo believes their solution cuts through the clutter and provides relevant information, supporting quicker decision-making throughout the organization.

The partnership kicks off with a connector that links Twinzo’s digital twin platform to Critical Manufacturing MES, allowing real-time visualizations of manufacturing operations in a user-friendly 3D environment.

As they move forward, Twinzo and Critical Manufacturing aim to further enhance their collaboration, building an Industry 4.0 ecosystem that doesn’t just meet today’s manufacturing needs but also anticipates future changes.

Michal Ukropec, Twinzo’s CEO, highlights that this partnership connects real-time visualization with one of the leading MES solutions, stating that turning visibility into action drives true transformation.

This integration aligns with Critical Manufacturing’s strategy to position its MES as the cornerstone of a broader manufacturing intelligence ecosystem. They are also developing a suite of plug-and-play applications to help customers adopt new technologies smoothly.

These applications, created both in-house and with partners like Twinzo, leverage Critical Manufacturing MES data to enhance visibility into specific processes, offering pre-built dashboards for quicker decision-making. By embracing innovative third-party tech, Critical Manufacturing aims to empower manufacturers to scale their digital capabilities at their own pace.

Teresa Carreiro, head of subscription business at Critical Manufacturing, emphasizes that customers want more than technology; they want flexibility in choosing and scaling tools to meet their goals. Twinzo’s user-friendly app fits seamlessly into this vision, aiming to create a connected environment that addresses the evolving needs of modern manufacturers.
