Production hell

Today, we spent 15 hours launching a finished customer project, not because we are like that (Yes! That’s right, I’m not making excuses!), but because the customer stubbornly avoids technical specifications, from their creation to even simple approval of those we have prepared…. So here’s a story for the night:
Why clear technical specifications are so important for a successful project
How many times have you started working on another cool project, but ended up wasting precious time and resources on endless revisions? I’m sure it’s happened more than once!
The root of the problem often lies in the lack of clear technical specifications. Without a clear understanding of the ultimate goal and product requirements, the team is doomed to flit between the customer’s wishes and their own guesses.

This leads to:
– Numerous iterations and long development times
– Unforeseen costs for refinements
– Disappointment for the customer and the developers

Instead, if you draw up detailed technical specifications at the very beginning of the project, clearly outlining all the functions, characteristics, and usage scenarios, the work will go smoothly!

With clear guidelines, the team will be able to:
– Focus on achieving specific goals
– Implement the product step by step according to plan
– Make the necessary adjustments in a timely manner
– Get the result that the customer expected

Thus, a carefully thought-out technical specification becomes a beacon that allows you to avoid “production hell” and move confidently towards the successful completion of the project.
